  • Make sure you are away from further harm.
  • Call for help. (family, friends, trusted adult,
    police)

  • - Dont brush or comb your hair.
  • - Dont change clothes.
  • - Dont clean up place where you are.
  • Ask someone to take you to the hospital.
  • Seek therapy or counseling.
