Update on Pesticide Labeling Issue

• The Issue
• The EPA does not allow the addition of third
  party logos to EPA approved pesticide labels by
  non-notification.
• The guidelines state that a product is not
  registered until the NSF mark appears on the
  label.
• Many customers of the companies affected wish to
  see a third party registration before purchasing
  a product.

• NSF is aware of one company who has approached
  the EPA about this issue.
• The results of their last meeting indicated
• Logos will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
