- CSSTEAP was formally established on 1st November
1995 at New Delhi. - The Centres Headquarters are located in
Dehradun. - Educational programmes are conducted at campuses
in Ahmedabad and Dehradun. - Cooperation Agreement with United Nations was
signed in May 1996. - CSSTEAP is administered by a Governing Board
consisting of representatives from the 14 member
countries of Asia-Pacific region and the United
Nations

plus 1 year research project) in - Remote Sensing and Geographic Information
Systems (RS GIS) - Satellite Meteorology Global Climate (SATMET)
- Satellite Communications and Global Positioning
Systems (SATCOM) - Space and Atmospheric Sciences (Space Science)
