Important rules to remember

• You need 2 parts Always add the auxiliary verb
  être!
• Always change the past participle as shown
• Add the correct verb agreement according to the
  subject nothing m.s / e f.s / s m.pl. / es
  f.pl.
• Note that, despite the fact we use être, French
  verbs in the perfect tense with être can
  translate English verbs as e.g I went / I have
  gone, depending on the context.
• Learn these verbs by heart! They are basics.
