External Home Improvements require HOA approval
Winter is over and home improvement time has
begun. Remember Before you build that deck,
improve your landscaping or change the color of
your house, HOA approval is necessary. Just send
an email to comments_at_pinonranchhoa.com describing
your improvement and timeline. A HOA
representative will contact you. Neighborhood
complaints on an unapproved exterior home
improvement can lead to an order to remove it.
Avoid unnecessary inconvenience with a simple
email.

HOA? The Pinon Ranch HOA is run by Pinon Ranch
homeowners just like you! If you would like to
share your thoughts or have any items we should
be made aware of, please send an email to

meets the second Thursday of each month. The
date and location can be confirmed in the
previous months minutes located on the web site.
You are welcome to discuss any questions or
concerns directly with the board during the

would like to discuss.

beautiful Keeping Pinon Ranch beautiful is all of
our responsibility. Simple chores like weeding
and mowing the lawn, as well as more involved
ones like maintaining fences and painting your
home is essential to maintaining the beauty of
our neighborhood. Thank you to everyone for
