• Common Area Maintenance
• Coordinate Snow Removal
• Support Neighborhood block party
• Inform the neighborhood of important info

• And yes, we enforce the covenants too
• Adhering to the covenants maintain the beauty and
  value of everyones home
• A fair and even application of the covenants is
  our responsibility
• The beloved violation letters are the best way
  to ensure an enforceable, clear understanding of
  expectations and timelines
• Verbal notices dont work
• We use Fine-less Warning letters first
• We assume the homeowner just didnt notice the
  problem
• This is not a common practice in other HOAs
