• How large the audience is?
• Whats their background?
• What age?
• Income?
• Any other specifics?

• How do you expect to make change in your school
  or community?

Who is behind YOU?

• Bet on the jockey, not the horse
• Which means they want to know who not what
• School/organizations achievements and background
• Any big wigs with you?
• What have they done?

• Its always there.
• Other organizations
• What have they done?
• Why your concept is better than theirs

• Need to tell how you are different.
