Appearance
  • Personal hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Conservative jewelry.
  • Tattoos should be covered if possible.

Uniforms
  • Plain white undershirt.
  • Polo or mock T-neck (no logos)
  • Black dress pants.
  • No cargo pants or jeans
  • Black belt.
  • Black socks.
  • Solid black shoes Be sure your shoes are
    comfortable and warm!
  • Dress for the weather.
  • TeamOps will provide a Polo shirt, windbreaker,
    or winter jacket on event days.
  • Please note that proper uniform is essential. It
    is at the discretion of management to send home
    anyone not in uniform.

Event Check-In
  • Your report time is your sign-in time. Be sure
    to allow time for traffic and parking.
  • Go to the employee check-in area.
  • The same prohibited items apply to employees as
    well as guests.
  • Collect your card at the top of the ramp.
  • Swipe in at the ABI terminal.
  • Check-Out Uniform from Inventory.
  • Store personal belongings in TeamOps Locker Room
    (bring your own lock), including cell phone,
    after you check-in.

Deployment
  • After check-in you will be directed to a
    deployment area.
  • You will be assigned to a supervisor who will
    take you to your post and brief you on any
    important information for the day.
  • If you have any questions concerning deployment,
    speak with a fellow TeamOps employee or
    supervisor.

First Contact
  • Our guests are here to enjoy themselves, and we
    are here to facilitate that experience.
  • Be proactive in assisting any guest who looks
    lost or confused.
  • Remember that first impressions can be lasting
    impressions.
  • Our guests expect premium service!

Communication
  • It is essential to greet all guests with a smile
    and a warm welcome.
  • Be friendly.
  • Be enthusiastic.
  • Be knowledgeable.
  • Use positive body language.
  • Dont wait to be asked! If a guest looks lost or
    confused, approach them and offer assistance.

Problem Solving
  • If you come across a problem
  • Determine if it is something you can solve first.
  • Contact your supervisor.
  • Assist in the solution of the problem. Learn
    from the experience.
  • Follow-up with the guest.
  • Never go in to an unstable situation alone! Use
    the support of the supervising staff as well as
    the nearest Police and EMT personnel!

Employee Discretion
  • VIPs and Player Personnel it is our duty to
    protect and treat them with the utmost respect.
  • TeamOps volunteers are not allowed to acquire
    autographs, photographs or merchandise while on
    the clock.

Injuries
  • If you are injured on the job
  • Contact a supervisor immediately
  • Do not leave your post without reporting the
    injury to a supervisor or management!

Grievances
  • Attempt to resolve all situations first.
  • Please bring any unresolved problems with a
    fellow employee, supervisor, etc., to a manager
    as soon as possible.
  • You may contact the TeamOps Office and ask for
    the Human Resources Manager.
  • Grievances include
  • Any form of harassment
  • Workplace violence
  • Workers Compensation / injuries
  • Do not go home angry or upset! Resolve any
    issues before leaving the building.

What you should know
  • Food
  • Gillette Stadium Meals will be provided by the
    stadium for full-stadium events. You are not
    permitted to purchase food from concession stands
    or acquire food from guests. If you wish to bring
    your own food, you can store it in the TeamOps
    locker room.
  • Boston College/Harvard Meals will not be
    provided. You are allowed to purchase food from
    the concession stands but may not acquire food
    from guests. If you wish to bring your own food,
    we will store them in the admin area.

What you should know
  • Dont use your cell phones on post! If you have
    any emergency, please advise your supervisor.
  • Be sure to keep your card on your person. This is
    how you are
  • Identified.
  • Paid.
  • If you have any questions, ask your supervisor.

Gillette Stadium Check-Out
  • At the end of the event check-in becomes
    check-out at the admin area.
  • Your supervisor will inform you when you can
    check-out.
  • During check-out, every employee must return all
    uniform items to the admin staff.
  • Swipe out at ABI terminal before leaving.
  • Be sure to retrieve all items from the locker
    room before exiting the building.
