• Agreements will be sent out during the month of

• Signing of the agreement

• Funds can be accessed starting April 1, 2008.
• Funds must be spent by May 31, 2009.

• 2 visits will be conducted each funding year (one
  scheduled and one unscheduled)
• Each compliance officer will be following the
  standards on MHTF-200
• Site visit summary report will be mailed to you
  within 2 weeks after visit (MHTF-305)

Recaptured Funds PolicyPlease refer to MHTF-910

• If funds are not spent by May 31, 2009, MHDC
  reserves the right to recapture the funds.
• MHDC reserves the right to reallocate the funds
  to another agency in need.
