Increase of the competitiveness of Kujawy-Pomorze
Regions enterprises through the optimization of
infrastructures and regional innovation policies.

EXPECTED PROJECT RESULTS
- More effective utilization of regional
knowledge and skill resources - Development
of selected sectors in the region - Elevation of
the organizational and technological culture
level in regional enterprises - Increase of the

Innovation depends on - human capital (people
and skills) - organizational and physical
infrastructure (corporations, schools,
universities, colleges, governments,
communications systems, etc.) - financial
infrastructure (banks, investors and other

Innovation culture - shared attitudes, values,
beliefs, behaviours, symbols and principles that
influence the innovativeness and competitiveness
of firms, organisations and regions as a whole
and which are very specific and embedded in a
given community / company and difficult to be
influenced or changed. Developing regional
innovation culture is a long-term process.

K-PSI network services - administrative ones
K-PSI will ensure the skeleton for the regional
council network, connecting public administration
entities as a part of e-Government programme in
the region - educational ones K-PSI will
enable implementation of the regional teaching
network, focused on the e-Learning services -
health service concurrently K-PSI will be a
basis for the implemented programme of building
the telemedical network as a part of the
e-Health in the Kujawy-Pomorze
Region -support of the economic activity as
well as the stimulation of the new forms of
employment
