Family Connection Partnership
  • Family Connection Partnership is a public/private
    nonprofit created and funded by the State of
    Georgia and the private sector. The Partnership
    supports Family Connection, a statewide network
    of county collaboratives committed to improving
    the quality of life for Georgias families. The
    Partnership also helps partners at many levels to
    implement policies, programs, and practices that
    strengthen Georgias families and communities.

Visions for Sumter
  • Family Connection, the foundation of the Visions
    organization, is a collaborative process that
    promotes integration of school, health, and human
    services in state government and local model
    communities. Through this process, state and
    local organizations are asked to work together
    and develop a collaborative plan to serve
    children at risk and to do so by using resources
    economically and creatively.
