Data Request from Participants
  • Please provide a list of the reports,
    briefings, and data you have available in the
    following areas. The list should provide the
    document name, date, and where it may be obtained
    and if it is available in paper or electronic
    format. This is to ensure we have a
    comprehensive data base of relavent space weather
    documents.
  • Any Requirements/CONOPS related to Space Weather
    systems or military systems effected by Space
    Weather
  • Any Analysis or Decision Papers related to Space
    Weather and/or its Military Utility (e.g.
    Navigation, communications, surveillance,
    satellite design, etc.)
  • Technical descriptions of your operations,
    facilities, sensors, and models used in support
    of Space Weather Awareness

  • The DoD Space Architect is located in the Hoffman
    Complex, Building I, 2461 Eisenhower Ave.,
    Alexandria, VA at exits 2 and 2b (Telegraph Rd
    North) off I-95/I-495. See the enclosed map for
    directions.

Administrative Information (Cont.)
  • Parking
  • Upon arrival, park in the DoD Visitors Lot (see
    map for location). All cars in an unauthorized
    area are subject to immediate towing at the
    owners expense.
  • Check-in
  • Check in with the security guard in the front
    lobby of the Hoffman I building for admittance.
    We will have someone available to sign you in to
    the facility. Proceed up the staircase to the
    2nd floor, and follow the marquee signs to the
    meeting room.
  • Facilities
  • Telephone, fax and word processing support will
    be available.
  • During the meeting, messages for attendees may be
    left with Ms. Carr at (703)325-2729, DSN 221-2729
  • Ventana Groupware will be used during the meeting
    to capture information. Each participating
    organization will have a terminal for entering
    inputs. No previous experience with the
    application is required.
