• 3 capital improvements in 1994, 1996 and 2001
• Purchased a 2nd building in 1998 and acquired a
  3rd in 2004 totaling 22,300 s.f.

• Serving 14,000 people annually from Preschool
  through older adults
• Heavy emphasis on youth leadership, academic
  achievement and life skill development
• 130,000 meals served in 2007
• Known impacts on the people we serve.

OUR SPACE ODYSSEY

• Grew more than 800 in 15 years. Existing
  facilities cramped, disconnected, with
  operational challenges
• Considered three sites (2 rehab, 1 new
  construction)

• Classic single-story industrial production shed
• Kupfer Ironworks 1940-85, building vacant 2001
• Purchased in December 2005 completed renovation
  in July 2008

• Uncovered 278 windows and a wide variety of brick
  conditions
