Governance (n)

• The organization and structure of authority
  and collaboration to allocate resources and
  coordinate activity.  ACCs governance
  structure includes the Board of Trustees (BOT),
  national Committees and Workgroups, and the Board
  of Governors (BOG). 
• Chapter governance includes the Council,
  Committee, Workgroup structure.
