CREDIT APPLICATION ENTRY AND SUBMISSION
System accepts application and acknowledges its
receipt to all parties associated with the
transaction via automated email.

Internal credit profiles
Accessible Internet data
The system electronically retrieves data from
outside credit reporting agencies and resources.
Then tests the accumulated data against Lessors
credit profiles and recommends a decision to the
Credit Manager.

The Credit Manager reviews the application and
compares it against prioritized credit profiles
and funding resources. From that review, the
credit manager changes the status of the
application from Initial Entry to a progressive
status.

The system automatically generates an email with
the new status of the application and sends it to
all parties associated with the application.

If pended, the responsible party is cued to enter
the site, access the application and input the
required information for a final credit decision
and update the submission.
The system notifies the credit manager that an
application has been modified. The credit manager
reviews file and renders a decision to approve or
decline.

Once again, the status change by the credit
manager generates an email with the credit
approval or denial to all parties associated with
the application.

APPROVED
On approved applications, all authorized users
associated with that application can print
completed documents for execution by the
applicant.
Denial letters are automatically generated on
declined applications.
DECLINED

Documents are executed by Lessee and returned to
Lessor. Status is changed to Documents
Received and all parties are automatically
notified.
Once funded, the status is changed again to
Funded and all parties associated with the
transaction are notified via automated email.

ACCOUNTING
After funding, the Credit Manager can export all
information from the transaction into the
Lessors accounting system.
