Problem Description

• The deans and directors with the University can
  be away form their desks for a significant
  portion of the day with meetings and projects.
  The benefits of the growing electronic enterprise
  infrastructure (email, IM, calendaring) are out
  of reach during the time spent away from the
  office computer. Time critical communications
  become delayed, causing inefficiency and
  inconvenience.
