ISOC Cost and Schedule Impact

• Project cost increase
• SAS primarily funded off-project
• 4 FTEs funded on-project at GSFC, NRL, HEPL and
  UW
• Increase limited to extension of current SAS
  costs on project
• 80k per month ? 360k for 4.5 months slip
• Have 150k under-run that will be returned to the
  kitty
• Effect of schedule rebaseline on SAS
• SAS schedule is more or less independent of the
  construction/operating boundary
