Europass CV and Europass language passport can
be downloaded on the internet is used by
students, other respondents, which search for the
job and recently presented to employers and
employee selection specialists.

Europass documents (2)

• Europass mobility document it is filled using
  electronical database. Used by EU Leonardo da
  Vinci programme participants and other. Now in
  Lithuania we have 756 completed documents.
• Diploma supplement from 2006 is given to all
  students, which finished university or college.
  Diploma supplement is personal document with
  concrete learning results.

• Europass Certificate supplement is standard
  document in EU, accompanies a vocational
  certificate. It has no legal status or value
  without certificate. It provides information on
  the competences acquired by all those who hold
  that certificate. It is not personal document,
  presented information is common for all persons,
  who finished certain vocational program.

For simple accessibility Europass Certificate
supplement was added to Open Information,
Counselling and Guidance System (AIKOS), which
was already used to show the internet data from
education, statistics and labour registers for
the wide scope of users.

• Usage simplicity was important criteria during
  creation process and every step in Europass
  Certificate supplement system integration to
  AIKOS system was done respecting simple usage to
  user.
• Work was completed in Spring of 2005.

  was decided to use only those formal training
  programmes, which are registered from 1st of May
  2004.

   certify qualification gained, the name of the
   training programme and state code of the training
   programme.

1. Translation - non official translation of the
   title.

1. Profile of skills and competences - loan from the
   VET programmes.

   the certificate - loan from various recourses
   provided descriptions of occupations.

provide VET programmes.
Name and status of the national/regional
authority providing accreditation/ recognition of
the certificate.

international) - ISCED level.
Access to next level of education/training -
ISCED level
International agreements - there are some
agreements in VET Legal basis - Law of Education
and Law of VET.
