Award Multiple BPAs
  • Acquisition Conducted Under FAR Part 8 - Best
    Value Procedures
  • Government intends to award a minimum of 4 BPAs

  • The other 2 BPAs will be awarded on a full and
    open basis, irrespective of any size standard
  • If more than 4 BPA awards, it is the Governments
    intent, that the preponderance of the awards will
    be made to small business primes/team leaders

RFQ Experience Matrix Description
  • The offeror will fill out one matrix sheet for
    each of the four work directives.
  • In the matrix boxes, for each historical contract
    cited by the offeror, annotate with an (X) those
    characteristics of the historical contracts which
    are similar in scope to the RFQ. 
  • For those boxes annotated with an (X), the
    offeror should also identify the relevant
    portions of historical contract scope of work.
