  destructive activities
• Prevent form environmental deterioration
• Formulate environmental regulations and standard
• Make action in environmental crisis including
  pollution overloads

Fundamental duties of DOE in air pollution

• Study the quantitative and qualitative impacts of
  air pollution induced by various pollutants on
  the environment.
• Study various greenhouse gases, depletion of the
  Ozone layer, consumption of CFC, and use of
  alternative substances.
• Study the possibility of using better alternative
  fuels for homes, industries, and vehicles.
• Study the possibility of using air pollution
  control technologies in industries .
• Recommend appropriate solutions to counteract
  environmental crises caused by natural disasters
  or unexpected events that intensify air
  pollutions.

Fundamental duties of DOE in air pollution

• To up date air pollution data and interact with
  DOE's data bank
• Preparation and continual Observation System
  Planing.
• Compile reports on the outcome of studies and
  other activities.
• Formulate and set up Standards to regulate air,
  noise, and vibration pollutions and determine
  environmental indices.
