    distinctiveness, perhaps fluent Welsh speakers
    would be less pro-independence than non-fluent
    counterparts?
  • But if use of Welsh reflects and reinforces
    national identity, fluent Welsh speakers would be
    more pro-independence than non-fluent counterparts
