• Verantwortung für die Umsetzung liegt
  ausschliesslich bei den Mitgliedsstaaten, aber
  IKSOgV soll Aktivitäten zur Umsetzung der WRRL
  koordinieren! Hauptaufgaben sind
• Koordinierung und Abstimmung
• Harmonisierung über das gesamte Einzugsgebiet
• Koordinierung der Berichterstattung an die EU
• Kooperationsplatform
• Informationsaustausch
