Introduction
DPU AIBTCET is short for the Dr D.Y. Patil
Vidyapeeth, Pune All India Biotechnology Common
Entrance Test. It is the exam that is responsible
for the admission into B.Tech and M.Tech in
Biotechnology courses in the institution. The DPU
has long been known as one of the most eminent
institutions in the country. Thus, it remains a
popular destination for students from all over
the country to pursue higher studies. The DPU
AIBTCET is a computer-based entrance test. The
syllabus of the All India Biotechnology Common
Entrance Test includes various subjects. For
example, they are Physics, Chemistry, and Botany,
and Zoology. Also, the test has questions based
on the Standard XII syllabus. A student should
clear the DPU AIBTCET B.Tech and M.Tech in

DPU AIBTCET Exam Eligibility Criteria
The DPU requires that the candidates who are
appearing for the different posts be
matriculated. Moreover, they should have passed
their Higher Secondary education. Also, the
candidates pass a Higher Secondary equivalent
exam. Thus, they must do their education in a
government-recognized institution. Also,
candidates should have taken certain relevant
compulsory subjects. For instance, candidates
should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology,
or Life Sciences. Additionally, candidates may
also be appearing for the final year exam. Also,
the minimum percentage for General or Open
candidates is 45. Whereas, the minimum
qualification for others such as SC/ST and PwBD
candidates is 40.

DPU AIBTCET Exam Pattern

• The level of difficulty in the questions ranges
  from easy to moderate.
• The candidate can attempt the exam in English
• The questions will be a mix of 4 sections. For
  instance, the first section is Physics- Whereas,
  the second section is Chemistry. Likewise, the
  third and fourth sections are Botany and Zoology.
• Firstly, Physics has 25 questions.
• Secondly, Chemistry has 25 questions.
• Thirdly, Botany has 25 questions.
• Lastly, Zoology also has 25 questions

DPU AIBTCET Exam Admit Card
The DPU AIBTCET Admit Card is an important

appearing for the examination of the DPU AIBTCET
B.Tech and M.Tech in the Biotechnology entrance
exam. The DPU AIBTCET Admit Card for the

date regarding the release of the results.

two years candidates can expect that the result
will come out within a span of 1 month.
