2Introduction
DPU AIBTCET is short for the Dr D.Y. Patil
Vidyapeeth, Pune All India Biotechnology Common
Entrance Test. It is the exam that is responsible
for the admission into B.Tech and M.Tech in
Biotechnology courses in the institution. The DPU
has long been known as one of the most eminent
institutions in the country. Thus, it remains a
popular destination for students from all over
the country to pursue higher studies. The DPU
AIBTCET is a computer-based entrance test. The

3DPU AIBTCET Exam Eligibility Criteria
The DPU requires that the candidates who are
appearing for the different posts be
matriculated. Moreover, they should have passed
their Higher Secondary education. Also, the
candidates pass a Higher Secondary equivalent
exam. Thus, they must do their education in a
government-recognized institution. Also,
candidates should have taken certain relevant
compulsory subjects. For instance, candidates

the minimum percentage for General or Open

- The level of difficulty in the questions ranges
from easy to moderate. - The candidate can attempt the exam in English
- The questions will be a mix of 4 sections. For
instance, the first section is Physics- Whereas,
the second section is Chemistry. Likewise, the
third and fourth sections are Botany and Zoology. - Firstly, Physics has 25 questions.
