The diverse and generous nature of Seychelles is

Seychelles activities. Find out the list of the
amazing Seychelles hiking trails guaranteeing

2Mahe island offers several popular tourist routs.
Typically, Mahe's famous hiking trails go through
the island's famous attractions.
3Mount Copolia In the Morne Seychellois National
Park, the top of Mount Copolia is located at an
altitude of about 500 meters above sea level. The
trail begins with a small green sign. Expect the
hike to take about 2 hours with some steep
sections.
4Anse Major Trail The Anse Major trail is
definitely a highlight. This is a relatively
simple walk starting in Danzil, and it takes
about an hour and a half. You will see many
amazing rock formations along the way and some
amazing views. The trail is the only way to get
to Anse Major beach on foot.
5 Morne Blanc To get to the trail, park in the
tea factory. Walk a little along the road and you
will see a sign for the trail. It is well
marked. Trekking takes about 45 minutes in each
direction. This is not a walk to try on slippers,
as it is quite difficult to walk the trail.
6Morne Seychellois The point that gives its name
to the national park, Morne Seychellois, is the
highest point in Mach at an altitude of over 900
m above sea level. The trek takes about 5
hours, and it is definitely not for beginners.
You will find yourself walking along a thick
undergrowth and stepping on paths that are not
well-groomed.
7Praslin Valle de May This is a UNESCO World
Heritage Site that is truly a must visit. There
are three dedicated routes to choose from.
Booklets will tell you that they take 1-3
hours, but they really do not take so much time.
None of the trails are particularly difficult,
but still a pleasant walk.
8Ferdinand Foundation Ferdinand Foundation is a
relatively recently opened reserve in
Praslin. You get access to it by driving through
the Consolation (coastal road). There is a small
red wooden arrow at the entrance. The trails are
a bit more complicated and not as well maintained
as Valle de May. Of course, much more area is
exposed to the heat of the sun or rain. The
views from the top of the view are absolutely
stunning, and they are worth a 3 hour walk. Look
one way and you will see Curieuse, Sister Island,
Coco Island, Round Island, Felicité and La Digue,
while in the other direction you can see Frégate,
Mahé and Silhouette. On a really nice day, you
can even see Denis Island on the horizon
