3 Day Kick Off Event Cost 1500 Travel

  • All of the 1 Day Training info.
  • We will host an evening seminar with local
    investors to expand our network in your market.
    We will discuss in detail how we can help them
    buy property at discounted prices and sell their
    property thru our network to other investors and
    retail buyers. You will be introduced as our
    exclusive Partner who will help them with each
    and every transaction.
  • We will recruit and interview potential
    candidates for our FSBO/Advertising program. This
    network will be out actively advertising our
    name. Every buyer and listing opportunity from
    our FSBO network is routed back to our Realtor
    Partner. This program has proven to create a
    significant client base for our Realtors on its
    own.
  • We will meet with local foreclosure counselors,
    REO departments, etc to explain how we can help
    them liquidate property prior to foreclosure to
    dramatically reduce losses.
