Life with TiVo
  • I typically watch two TV shows at a time, e.g.,
an episode of CSI the Bulls
  • Except for sports, I rarely watch a TV show when
    it is broadcast
  • I mostly watch movies that TiVo has saved for me.
  • I go to bed earlier
  • My wife and I frequently have our own film
    festivals, e.g., 3-4 Hitchcock films
  • I no longer purchase TV guide
  • We archive shows our grandchildren enjoy that
they can watch when they visit
  • We were able to record our sons sports show from
Tampa Bay watch it before we called him.
  • I no longer watch shows or films which I dont
care that much for simply because they are on
    when I want to relax.
  • I dont have to remember to record my favorite
    shows when Im out.
  • We dont go to movies in theatres or rent videos
    as we once did.
  • Generally, our family room has become a
personalized combination sports bar and video
    store
