• Mr. R is 88 He lives alone in a sheltered
  bungalow and cares for himself with the support
  of his family and friends

• The concerns
• Family was very concerned due to the recent
  admittance to hospital of MR R due to his
  condition.
• Son was considering giving up his job to care for
  his dad full time.

• Mr R was provided with a Telecare package
  solution consisting of a 4000 Lifeline unit and
  a falls Detector.
• Mr Rs confidence has been restored as he knows
  that if he requires assistance due to his
  condition someone will be there to help him i e
  Mobile Response.

• The outcome
• Mr. Rs relatives said The equipment is
  marvellous. It gives us peace of mind especially
  at night. We dont worry about him falling now
  because he is much better than he was this time
  last year when he was very ill.
• The son can now stay on in full time employment.
