Appearance

• belugas are born dark gray and turn white from
  3-8 years
• Beluga whales can grow to be 16 feet
• Females are generally smaller then males
• Belugas have very short snouts
• belugas do not have dorsal fins

Diet

• Belugas eat.
• Shrimp
• Arctic cod
• Flounder
• And even crab

Birth

• Belugas produce at 4-7 years of age and males at
  7-9 years.
• Belugas mate in the spring.
• Females give birth to a single calf.

Life Span

• Beluga whales live to be 35-50 years old.
