  • Provide training - basic, intermediate,
    specialized
  • Create opptys to convene, share knowledge
    (listserv, regional meetings)

  • Getting business buy-in
  • Dont sell until you can deliver a product
  • ID large, natl company, pilot WK, calculate ROI,
    and develop state case study
