3M-reals environmental policy
- Sparing use of raw materials and energy.
-
- M-reals RD policy has been focused on fibre
development. - This has created new generation folding box
boards offering equivalent performance at lower
basis weights. - M-reals cartonboards offer more square metres
per tonne less weight per packed product
lower environmental impact. - Because they are lighter in weight, they
generate less CO² emmissions and fewer lorry
loads. - M-reals investment strategies ensure less
energy per unit of production reduced
environmental footprint. - Forest certification is a key element of
Mreals environmental policy, but not the only
one. - Mreals environmental policy provides
assurances to its customers, which can be
supported by detailed product/customer data.
