  • The following special provisions are hereby made
    a part of this contract and supplement and/or
    supersede any sections of the Standard
    Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction,
    1995 Edition adopted by the Montana Department of
    Transportation and the Montana Transportation
    Commission and all supplements thereto in
    conflict therewith.
  • The following books are also hereby made a part
    of this contract and are available upon request
    to the CONTRACT PLANS BUREAU, MONTANA DEPARTMENT
    OF TRANSPORTATION, 2701 PROSPECT AVENUE, PO BOX
    201001, HELENA MT 59620-1001.
  • (1) Book entitled "Standard Specifications for
    Road and Bridge Construction 1995 Edition."
  • (2) Most recent version of "Detailed Drawings.
  • The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT)
    operates a toll free number at 1-800-424-9071
    Monday through Friday, 800 a.m. to 500 p.m.
    eastern time. Anyone with knowledge of possible
    bid rigging, bidder collusion, or other
    fraudulent activities should use this number to
    report such activities. All information will be
    treated confidentially and callers may remain
    anonymous.
  • (3) Questions raised by potential bidders on this
    project, and the answers and other information
    posted by the Department on MDTs Question and
    Answer Forum found at the website

    as of 500 p.m. on the day before the bid
    letting.
