• The government spends a lot of resources in
  developing public health information in different
  languages. However, many people do not realize
  that this information is available to them. With
  so much inaccurate information floating on the
  internet, it is important to get reliable public
  health information from government websites.

• Often times, immigrant parents suffer from
  diminishing morale and confidence because they
  are not able to play their role effectively due
  to a language barrier and lack of information
  about various career options. By providing them
  with information about the U.S.PHS Commissioned
  Corps, they may be able to advise their children
  onto a unique career path.
