2Parents' control. Should students' gradesbe
available on the Internet?
- We are not far from the times when parents could
check anytime, directly on the Internet, the
grades of their children and also their
children's classmates. Of course, if the
decision-makers from the Ministry of Education
would take such a decision, they would firstly
consult students. What do you think?

3Learning together in school cooperation or
competition?
- Students, parents, teachers, education
researchers and decision-makers - we are all
willing to increase the efficiency of learning
activities. Should teachers organise the learning
activities based on cooperation between students?
Is competition a better solution for increasing
the learning motivation?

4Grading students activities.Should pupils
contribute to the final marks?
- Maybe pupils should be teached how to appreciate
their own work and learning performance.
Self-evaluation a concept often discussed by
rarely applied effectively... How can students
grade themselves (and, maybe, grade their
colleagues)? The final mark could be an average
between teacher's mark, student's
self-appreciation, and classmates' marks. Hmmm...
It is not such a bad idea, after all! What could
it happen?

5Should the teacher know everything?
- What makes the best teacher that good? The
knowledge? How much knowledge? What if a teacher
recognise that he/she has a limited amount of
information memorised? Nowadays, a knowledge
domain is huge the encyclopedic teacher is a
myth. What if a teacher doesn't have the answers
to a lot of questions pupils ask?

6Which learning is more efficient group
activities or frontal instruction?
- Most of the times, teachers work with the entire
class lecturing, demonstrating, etc. But some
say that working with (small) groups of learners
is more efficient. What do you feel about?

7Online library versus printed books
- Some of us consult the websites with ready-made
essays and school-papers with the argument of
saving the trees. Beside this, the discussion
remains which source of information is more
trustfull? If it is to make a really serious
intellectual work, what would you choose - the
Internet resources or the traditional libraries?
