Cycle Time

• Why do we have to give two different curves for
  cycle time and table time ?
• To absorb the energy, we use hydraulic shock
  absorbers on the DHTG.
• The min. Cycle time or max. Cycle frequency is
  limited by the max. energy absorption per hour of
  the shock absorber
• The min. table time or max. table frequency is
  limited by the max. energy absorption per stroke
  of the shock absorber.

• air is blocked in the DHTG,

on the mass moment of inertia and the rotation
speed by high index (12, 24) it is possible
that the table goes to his end position, but
without additional torque.

Tip For the toggle motion function, the DHTG
act like a standard drive, all the safety
circuit of a standard drive can be used.

• Monostable 5/2 way valve
• Effect
• By shutting off The power supply (the valve must
  stay pressurized!!)
• The valve switches in its basic position
• The indexing pins are pushed against the plate
• The table is braked by friction.
• Table has to be moved by hand to the previous or
  to the next index before restart.
