  • Masseter muscle spasm after sux
  • Unexplained, unexpected tachycardia
  • Unexplained, unexpected increase in end - tidal

EARLY MANAGEMENT 1
  • STOP ALL ANAESTHETIC VAPOURS
  • CHANGE TO CLEAN ANAESTHETIC BREATHING SYSTEM
  • ABANDON SURGERY IF FEASABLE
