How to make it

100g plain flour
100g self raising flour
100g margarine
jam for filling
25g sugar
cold water to mix

1. Rub the margarine, sugar and flour together.
2. Using a blunt knife stir the mixture with the
cold water.
3.Turn the dough onto a floured surface and roll
out.
4.Roll the dough out thinly and then cut into
circles using a 7.5 cm. cutter.

5. Grease a tart tin and put in the pastry cases
6. Put a little of the jam
7. Bake for about 15 mins.
