perspectives. You listen to them. Trust means
moving outside your comfort zone and letting go
of always doing it your way, or even the way that
its always been done before.

  • Pay attention to your state of being and how you
    are talking and listening
  • Speak up
  • Remember, you dont know the truth about anything
  • Engage with and listen to others who have a stake
