Job AcceptanceOn The SAMS System

• When you receive a new job, your SAMS system
  will show the following-

• Click on Accept this job

Job has to be accepted within 30mins to be within
the SLA

On The PDA / I Phone

• Log onto the ServiceMaster App

• Enter your user name

• Click GO

• The IPhone will
• show any unaccepted
• Jobs.
• Tap on the job to
• view its details

• This will show the customers details, you can
  tap on the telephone numbers to call the customer

• Tap the Accept button to accept the job

• Once accepted the job will move into the
  accepted job list
