Washing dishes can be a tedious job. Long hours
of holding the dish in one hand and washing with
the other. Here are some tips to increase
comfort at this station

• Suspend the hose to take the weight off your arms
  and hands
• Become ambidextrous. Switch the hand holding the
  hose often.

• Be sure anti-slip mats are in front of all
  washing bins to reduce the risk of slipping on a
  wet floor.

Incorrect

• Use a step stool when you need to reach while
  washing dishes. Dont use the metal sink rails
  to stand on because they become slippery when wet.
