  • 1 in 6 woman has been a victim of an attempted
    rape or completed rape in her lifetime.
  • 17,342 pregnancies occurred as a result of a rape
    in 2012.

  • On April 14th In Plainfield NJ elderly woman was
    robbed sexually assaulted in her home. She was
    86 years old.
  • On May 19th 2012 Robert Mikelsons youngest
    victim of sexual assault was announced . He was
    19 days old.

Prevention Tips
  • Set up a safe room where you sleep
  • Include cell phone, charger, door with extra
    locks
  • Practice drills in your home like a lock down in
    school, be ready for an intruder.
  • Never allow strangers in your home. Make
    appointments with repair men when someone is home
    with you.
  • Never set your GPS to Home
  • Dont include address on Luggage tags only put
    cell phone.
