Terms of Reference Solution Design Authority
Meeting Objective(s)

• This is a mandatory but informal review, arranged
  by the Solution Architect on the initiative which
  will focus on the following
• Review the end to end solution, including
  business IT architecture components, testing,
  Solution Design, training, development and 3rd
  party components
• Make critical architecture decisions and design
  recommendations
• Escalate to the Architecture Board as appropriate
