When it is a social image (i.e., people) consider the materials used, the expressions drawn, the clothing, the background, the mood, the purpose. If it is a landscape or a map consider the layout. What does the layout indicate about the village, its advancements, its defenses, its geographic features, etc. Answers should reflect thought and critical examination.
