Muscle-invasive tumor cluster
Only the muscle-invasive tumors pT2-4 were tested
by hierarchical clustering. Two main groups of
tumors were formed, one of which contained all
the SCC cases (in red). TCC cases with various
degrees of squamous differentiation (sd in
orange) are scattered throughout.
