Introduction

• Guinea pigs are kept by people. A male guinea pig
  is called a boar. A female guinea is called a
  sow. They are the mum and dad of the younger
  guinea pigs.

Habitat

• Guinea pigs live in a hutch in peoples gardens.
• They have hay in there so it keeps them warm in
  the winter.

Food

• Guinea pigs eat dry food, green plants, fruit
  and vegetables.

• The puppies are very cute. They play with each
