Töö eesmärk

• Demonstreerida personaalse meditsiini ühte
  võimaliku meie tegevus valdkonda
• Trombotsüütide rikas plasma (platelet-rich
  plasma) s.t. kõrge kontsentratsiooniga
  trombotsüütide mass väheses plasmas, mille
  kasutamist alveolaarluu transplantaadile
  kirjeldas Marx 1998 aastal (Marx jt 1998).
• Sellel meetodil puuduvad äratõuke reaktsioonid.
  Seega on patsiendile hästi talutavad.

PRP ja PRFTrombotsüütide rikas plasma (PRP) ja
trombotsüütide rikas fibriin (PRF).

• PRP on tavaline trombotsüütarne mass ning ta
  koosneb vähekontsentratsioonilisest fibriini
  koest.
• PRF on trombotsüütidest tehtud teise
  generatsiooni toode, millises ühinevad kõrge
  trombotsüütide ja fibriini kontsentratsioonid
  ühes lahuses.
