Qualifiers
  • Provincial competition only
  • 1 to 3 per team (cross-school teams permitted)
  • Prepare and submit 1-page executive summary of
    business venture
  • Present venture idea to a panel of judges for
    questioning
  • Only 3 spots to continue to international
    competition in one of three DECA categories
    ENPI, ENPF, ENW, or ENI
  • Must develop a written venture plan based on the
    presented business idea to meet the criteria of
    these events
  • Increase chances to attend internationals GRIT
    participants may also participate in a morning
    GRIT challenge for a chance to win 1 of 20 senior
    leadership spots
