Church Development BIGs
  • Church Development, both New Church Planting and
Church Renewal are connected to all the BIGs

    involved in 2, 3, 4
  • 2. There is a welcoming UCC community of faith
that is accessible to all no matter who they
are or where they are on lifes journey.
  • 3. Every UCC member is well-equipped to be
growing in faith, be theologically conversant,
and be active in the global mission of the
    church.

leaders that reflect the diversity of Gods
    beloved community.

    witness to Gods extravagant welcome.
