  • Quest Partners were instrumental in all phases of
    Harlequin enterprises assessing, planning,
entering and succeeding in the India market. As
an international company with offices in 15
countries, and sales in over 100 countries,
Harlequin knows the international market. But the
principals at Quest Partners were able to
introduce us to all the people we needed to know
as we developed our plans to invest in India.
They then recruited all our local staff, and then
acted as consultants to ensure our first year in
India was a success. I highly recommend Quest
Partners as consultants for any international
company, considering entering the Indian market.
  • - Stephen Miles,Executive Vice President
    Overseas,Harlequin, Toronto, Canada.

  • Rontu and I worked together closely on building
the Private Banking team at Yes Bank, during
challenging circumstances. He went beyond his
role to partner with us and a competitor in
    developing an innovative recruitment, structure
and compensation plan. Rontu can be trusted for
    his integrity, professionalism, knowledge,
relationship management and extensive network. He
is open and flexible, and moulds himself to the
circumstance, which is one of the reasons why he
is known and liked by most people whom he has
    interacted with.

    courteous and conscientious. Imran was
instrumental in establishing our contact base and
entry strategy into the Indian market. His sound,
pragmatic guidance allowed us to avoid many of
the pitfalls of many other MNCs entering this
dynamic market. I would highly recommend anyone

  • Harvard Business School India Research Center has
engaged Quest Partners for several hiring
requirements since 2008. Quest has been a true
partner to HBS in understanding the organization
and role expectations, providing a short list of
excellent candidates and helping us identify and
    retain several talented and exceptional
resources. Given the complexity of the roles,
which require candidates to bring together high
    intellectual acumen, superior consultative
skills, strict attention to detail, ability to
deliver under tight deadlines and high pressure
and high degree of networking and interpersonal
skills, along with the willingness to work in the
not-for-profit sector, makes it a challenging
task. Despite this, Quest has been able to find
the right candidates for various roles. The
process was managed well by Quest partners and
team members, with appropriate and quick response
at various stages of the hiring process. I would
strongly recommend Quest to other organizations
    looking to hire exceptional talent.
