  • Stabile Herzinsuffizienz-Medikation
  • Ausschluß
  • Kürzliche Hospitalisation wg. Revaskularisation,
    instabiler Angina
  • Chronisches Vorhofflimmern mit HF gt80/min
  • Thrombus im linken Vorhofohr
  • Kreatinin gt 2.2mg/dL
  • Gleichzeitig MI-Grad 2 NYHA II
  • Signifikante organische Mitralklappen-Pathologie
