METHODOLOGY
  • DIESEL REFILLING/ ELECTRICAL MAINTANANCE/ DG
    MAINTENANCE
  • We are equipped with transport system with GPS
    system on board . These vehicles are sealed
    through RF IDs which is tamperproof. The control
    room keeps strict monitoring of the vehicles. We
    ensure quality and quantity of diesel from the
    petrol pump level by placing our vigilance team
    on road. This helps us in maintaining a good
    average of the DG sets as the adulterated fuel is
    the major factor of low average of the DGs. The
    caretakers are given incentives for maintaining
    the DG and its average. A proper servicing of the
    DG set after use of 250 hrs keeps the Dg in
    healthy condition. We keep arrangements to hire
    Dg sets from market in case of emergency. An
    additional fleet of mobile DGS are taken from
    the client and placed at vantage places so that
    it could be utilized immediately in emergency
    hence reducing the chances of outages.
  • ADDRESS VERIFICATION/ CREDIT VERIFICATION
  • We undertake the work of address verification
    and credit verification at the village level. We
    adhere to the specification , criteria and time
    frame as fixed by TRAI.. We have a three tier
    system to verify which ensures a genuine output.
    We have developed contacts with various Banks and
    institutions at national level to help us in
    credit verification of the customers. Since we do
    credit verification various banks it helps us in
    bringing down the operational costs for the same
    for all our clients. We also undertake works of
    collection agents and transporting cash at all
    India level.

    to 20 days of Laisoning fee submission
  • Security money 21.5 of Estimate have to be
    submitted to Operator for DD
  • After receipt of DD from Operator, it is
    submitted to Sub-division BSEB office and get
    Work Order
  • After getting Work Order, Line Erection work
    started
  • LT or HT line supervision cost and Meter testing
    charge have to be submitted to BSEB by DD or
    cash.
  • After line erection work completion Sealed and
    Tested Meter is received from BSEB office and it
    is installed at site
